Warranty & Protection

 

A&V Installation Warranty

 

All installations by A&V Comfort Solutions include our standard workmanship warranty:

 

Workmanship Warranty

    •    6 month Warranty on labor for all installations and service

    •    Covers installation-related defects, leaks, or failures caused by workmanship

    •    Includes any adjustments required to meet expected performance

 

This warranty is provided directly by A&V Comfort Solutions and is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty.

 

If there is a workmanship issue — we fix it at no cost.

 

What’s Covered

    •    Fittings, connections, and material quality

    •    Improper sealing or gas leaks caused by workmanship

    •    Line-set issues caused by installation practices

    •    Improper regulator setup or pressure issues

    •    Support or corrections needed due to installation error

 

What’s Not Covered

We believe in being honest and clear about exclusions:

    •    Damage caused by homeowner modification

    •    Lack of maintenance or neglect

    •    Storm, flood, fire, or acts of nature

    •    Manufacturer defects or recalls

    •    Electrical issues not installed by us

    •    Normal wear on components (gaskets, igniters, filters, glass, batteries, etc.)

 

 

Manufacturer Warranties

 

Every product we install includes the manufacturer’s warranty.

These vary by brand and product type.

 

Typical coverage includes:

    •    Heat pumps: 7–12 year equipment coverage

    •    Fireplaces: Limited lifetime on firebox, 1–2 years on components

    •    Regulators & piping components: varies by manufacturer

    •    Gas appliances: 1–5 year coverage depending on model

 

During installation, we provide the warranty paperwork and help register equipment when required.

 

 

Service After Installation

 

We don’t disappear after the job is done.

 

We offer:

    •    Annual maintenance & performance checkups

    •    Leak testing and safety inspections

    •    System tuning to improve efficiency

    •    Gas appliance cleanings

    •    Priority support for existing customers

 

Customers who purchase an installation from us always receive priority scheduling for service.

 

 

How Warranty Claims Work

 

If you ever experience an issue:

    1.    Contact us by phone or email

    2.    We schedule a technician visit

    3.    We diagnose the issue

    4.    If covered under our workmanship warranty — we repair it at no cost

    5.    If it’s a manufacturer issue — we help process parts under warranty

 

We never leave you to deal with manufacturers on your own.
